there are eight batteries in this pack for the RBC27 cartridge module #27. They are valve-regulated lead acid or VRLA and AGM, two modern technologies that combine to produce a cell that will not leak, making it ideal for this purpose and can be mounted in a tower or rack-mountable versions of the interruptible power supply without fear of leakage, which makes them suitable for data centres and the home office as well.
The APC RBC27 is installed in many Smart-UPS systems, some of which we have listed below for your convenience, but if you know your system takes a #27, then this is the correct pack for you.
