Two batteries in this set, they are non-spillable and not-hazardous, they are valve regulated sealed lead with absorbed glass mat construction, they will need no maintenance through out the life span except of course charging.
Charge your new batteries fully before using them for the first time, even though they will come out to you fully charged the first one is always important and if in doubt charge them overnight.
Charge as soon as you can after each and every use, you do not want to leave them in a semi charged state if you can help it.
If you are not using them for longer periods then charge every two months to overcome the natural self discharge that will occur, never charge for more than twenry-four hours.

recyclable - please ensure when they have eventually reached the end of their life that they are directed to a recycle centre to be turned into another product.
