This replacement battery has the required flag-type Nut and bolt terminals to get a good fix in your installation. The hole is made to accept the normal M5-sized bolt.
Valve regulated sealed lead acid batteries; they are also AGM VRLA. This means they will not leak, can safely be mounted on the side and used in portable devices.
This battery size with the nut and bolt terminals is not the typical type, so you should take extra care in looking after them. Charge when your order arrives and is first used. If there are long periods where the battery is not being used then also recharge every six weeks. If going in a device that does not have its own internal charging circuit then charge it after every use.
The battery requires no maintenance, but that does not mean it it can be ignored, we have tried to give you some charging tips above, lack of attention to its needs is the most likly candidate for a shorter life span.
