This replacement battery has the required flag-type Nut and bolt terminals to get a good fix in your installation. The hole is made to accept the normal M5-sized bolt.
Valve-regulated sealed lead acid batteries, they are also AGM VRLA. They will not leak any liquid and can safely be mounted on their side and used in transportable portable devices.
This battery type, with these terminals, are not as popular as convential ones so much harder to get hold of, therfore it makes sense to look after them. Charge the battery fully when your order arrives and is first used, should not take long as they will come out with a good charge in them. If they are not being used for extended spells then also recharge every six weeks to keep the cells in good order. If being used in a device that does not have its own built in charging circuit then recharge as soon as is conviienient after every use.
The battery requires no maintenance, but that does not mean it it can be ignored, we have tried to give you some charging tips above, lack of attention to its needs is the most likly candidate for a shorter life span.
