This replacement battery has F3 terminal, upright flag post to accept a nut and bolt. The hole is made to accept the normal M5-sized bolt.
Valve-regulated sealed lead acid or VRLA, also AGM, they will not leak and can be mounted on their side without fear of spillage.
It will typically take upto ten charges and discharges of the battery in normal use before its able to accept a full capacity charge, this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargeable batteries will go through.
Charge your new battery when it arrives and before first used. If it is not going to be used often then also recharge every six weeks. If it is going into something that does not have its own built-in charging circuit then also recharge as soon as you are able to after every use.
The battery is mainly contructed from lead so please ensure you get it to a recycling center at the end of its productive life as its easliy recycled.
