The Zipper ZI-ED500 is an electric wheel dumper with a hydraulic tilting tray for moving materials in a no-fuss, quiet, and fume-free manner; it can also be used indoors. Equipt with three forward gears and one reverse to a 1000w motor, plus using 800w to power the tilt, the payload of the bucket is an impresive 500Kg, it can come with a number of different beds but all use the same rolling gear.
Keeping a good battery in your Zipper ZI-ED500 does not need to be taxing, but you must look after it to ensure longevity. Charge fully when they arrive and before they are used for the first time. Charge them after every use without fail. It's when the batteries are left in a discharged state that the most damage is done to them. If it's not being used, recharge every six weeks.
