Flooded or GEL?
As standard, the batteries supplied are a pair of flooded or wet-cell 12v units, as originally fitted. However, if you'd prefer reduced maintenance, you can upgrade to sealed AGM batteries. These offer spill-proof, maintenance-free operation, saving you time and effort over the battery's lifespan. Whichever option you choose, regular charging remains essential for maximum performance and life.
To protect your new batteries and keep them running strong, always fully recharge them after every use. It’s a simple habit that makes a big difference. If your machine will be out of action for a while, charge the batteries at least once a month to prevent natural self-discharge and keep them ready for when you need them.
