First and most important, are you eligible?
We are not the judge nor juror as to whether you are entitled to VAT relief. If you are registered as disabled or have a long term illness in the United Kingdom you may be entitled to VAT relief on purchases designed for your use, you can find more information about this on the GOV.UK website.
You do not qualify if you have a temporary disability like a broken leg or other temporary injury, nor elderly but able bodied and do not suffer from a chronic condition.

Please follow this link to the gov website where all the details regarding this can be found.
