Upon receipt of your mew battery order you will note that they have a good charge, but you will still need to charge them before using for the first time, you do not need to leave it on for hours on end, just until the charger has indicated that it has finished, do not just install and go without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span, it's well worth doing
It may be apparent that it will take a few charges and associated use in your electric vehicle before the battery is capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, you should fully charge your batteries as soon as you can after every use, do not leave them sitting in a semi discharged state any period unless necessary, do not attempt to deliberately discharge the batteries, it will only do them harm and will reduce the life span, If there are extended periods where the batteries are not being used then ensure they are fully charged beforehand then recharged every 4-weeks but you should not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
These 12-volt batteries are very resilient and can be mounted on the side without any issues so suitable for use in electric vehicles, deep cycle capable which of course is essential in electric powered devices, no leaking, which means they can be used indoors at well as the road or pavement, they are the recommended VRLA type and benefit from AGM technology they are not-hazardous so safe for airlines but you should check with them when you book your flight
