When your order is delivered to you the batteries will be almost fully charged, but you still need to complete a full charge them before first use, the period of this initial charge need only be until the charger states they are ready, you may well just want to fit them and use the equipment, but do not miss this first step, it's worth waiting until the first charge has completed and it might contribute to over life span
it may well take a number of full charges and alternating use in your equipment for the battery to condition and be able to take a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, ensure that after every use that you put the batteries back on charge, letting them sit in a partially discharged state is not wise, do not attempt to deliberately discharge the batteries, it will only do them harm and will reduce the life span, these batteries need to be kept charged, so if there is any reason where they are not be used then ensure they are charged beforehand and then every 4-weeks, but do not leave on a charger for more than 24-hours
