The scooter has the option of front basket as already mentioned but also a power lift seat, it takes as standard a pair of 12v 33ah batteries, this offer is for a pair of 35Ah ones to replace them.
Looking after mobility batteries is easy if you follow some simple rules. They need no maintenance but must be kept charged. Charge them when they arrive and before first use; we recommend charging them after every use. if that means twice a day then do so, if you are not using them for long periods then also every 8-weeks to keep the cells fresh, do not leave on the charger though, just until a full capacity charge has been reached, then remove as leaving them on can start a fresh charge and possible shorten life expectancy.
The batteries are safe for airline use at time of writing although you should contact your flight provider at time of booking, they are valve regulated sealed lead acid or VRLA and AGM, they will not spill and suitable for portable electric vehicles. You should of course check what batteries you have installed before ordering.
