When your order is delivered to you the batteries will be almost fully charged, but you still need to complete a full charge them before first use, the charge time will depend on your charger, just leave it on until it indicates its finished, do not just install and go without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span, it's well worth doing
It may be apparent that it will take a few charges and associated use in your electric vehicle before the battery is capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, make sure that you charge your new batteries after each and every use, they are capable of many charges but this will reduce if you let run them down in-between, discharging the batteries fully will only reduce their life expectancy, it will do them no good and will cost you money in the long run, there may well be extended periods where the batteries are not being actively used, if so ensure they are charged fully beforehand and then recharged every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
