The batteries that you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them fully before first use, the charger LED lights will indicate whether it is still charging or not, you only need to charge them until they are ready, you might just want to fit them and use, but that would be unwise, missing out on charging them first could shorten overall life expectancy
You may not notice it but it will probably take a few charges and use in your equipment before you are able to receive a full capacity charge in your batteries, this is quite a normal part of the conditioning process, when you have used your devices then put the batteries back on charge, you do not want to allow them to sit in a partially discharged state, do not try to fully discharge the batteries, it will reduce the lifespan and cost you money in the long run, If there are extended periods where the batteries are not being used then ensure they are fully charged beforehand then recharged every four weeks but you should not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
