The batteries that you receive from us will be almost fully charged, but you should still charge them fully before first use, there should be no need for many hours, just until your charger indicates they are ready, this will of course depend on the charger capabilities, you might just want to fit them and use, but that would be unwise, missing out on charging them first could shorten overall life expectancy
Unless you are a very extended user your will probably not even notice that it can take a number of charge and use in your equipment before a full capacity charge is achieved, this is all part of the conditioning process, after you have used your equipment you should get a charge back into it as soon as you are able, do not leave it sitting around in a partially discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary, never try to discharge the batteries all the way down, this will only reduce the life span and cost you money in the long run, if for any reason you are not using them for long periods then you should recharge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
