Below you will find details of a set of new mobility batteries you will require for the Fortress Titan, the onboard energy storage facility which give you the mileage is powered by way of 34-amp hour batteries, it uses 2 x 12-volt batteries, they are replacements for them which are as would be clearly required rechargeable, capable of deep cycling which would be required in such a application, they are safe to use indoors, not-hazardous and will not spill, more information on their chemistry make up will be found below

After you have unpacked your new battery order from us you will note that they will have a good charge in them, but you still need to complete a full charge before first use, the charge time will depend on your charger, just leave it on until it indicates its finished, while you may well be sorely tempted just to fit them and go without charging it's well worth waiting that short period to set them up in the right way before you start
it may well take a number of full charges and alternating use in your equipment for the battery to condition and be able to take a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, ensure that after every use that you put the batteries back on charge, letting them sit in a partially discharged state is not wise, do not attempt to deliberately discharge the batteries, it will only do them harm and will reduce the life span, they may be protracted periods where the batteries are not being used, if this is the case ensure they are fully charged first, then top up every four weeks but do not leave on a charger for more than four weeks
The battery type is AGM which is short for absorbed glass mat construction, they are also valve regulated, they means they can be used electric vehicles around the home or on the road without the fear of any leakage, with deep cycle properties that this type of installation would require, they will require no maintenance throughout their entire life span and are not-hazardous so safe for travelling including by air but you should check with your airline at point of booking your ticket
