How to charge and maintain King-Cobra batteries?
Battery care is critical because the better you care for them, the longer they will last. Your batteries will be almost fully charged when they arrive, but before you use them, we recommend charging them for no more than 24 hours, as this will cause permanent damage. Another very important note on charging is to charge them after each use, doing so will keep them in top shape. A useful information sheet is included with your order (or can be found on our website) that you should read because it will save you money in the long run.

Installation and user manual
On our downloads tab you will find the user manual for the King-Cobra mobility scooter where detailed description on battery replacement can be found. The batteries are stored underneath the seat and the actual changing of them is fairly simple, the hardest part will be the actual lifting of them as they are very heavy with all the lead content inside. This manual can be downloaded, printed off and kept for future use as it has many other useful information that an owner of this electric vehicle should know.

Your new batteries are mostly made of lead or Pb. This valuable resource is ideal for recycling and can be reintroduced into the system multiple times.
