This pack of two 12v lithium batteries combine to create 24v that will replace the standard 100ah sealed lead acid batteries in your mobility scooter. But most importantly it's their ability to use 100% of their power, all of the time whereas sealed lead acid only discharge to 50% before they begin to damage their cells.
