The RoadStart Sealey 1600 Emergency power pack 12V by Sealey is a car and van jump starter pack but also has a number of other uses. It is quite light so it is easy to pick up and move to where it is needed. The battery is a VRLA and has AGM technology, which means you can store it safely and transport it anyway you wish, therefore if it's in the back of a van being thrown about it will not leak. Some other features this product includes are;
LED battery condition and charge indicator.
Fitted with a 12V power socket that will accept and charge any 12V device.
1 Meter cable on both red and black sides.

The standard fit battery for this is a 12V 17-amp battery, which is what this page is offering. This battery will do its job just fine but if you will be using the power pack often we recommend upgrading the battery slightly and getting the 12V 22-amp battery instead, it is the same physical size so will fit no problem and it gives you more using time between each charge. More information and the link for this will be at the bottom of the page. Another option is to get a powerful High cranking hour battery which is specialist, we usually supply these to high end garages because it is able to spin the engine over much quicker to enable a better chance of starting from cold. The link for this will be further down the page as well.
Charge your new battery fully before first use, charge after every use and if not being used for longer extended periods then charge every eight weeks, we would not suggest that you leave it on the charge for than 24-hours, refer to your manual for detailed instructions on how to replace the battery.
