This offer includes a pair of 12-volt 35-amp-hour batteries, fitted standard on the Kymco Vivio and Vivio 2 wheelchair. They are valve-regulated AGM, meaning they will not spill and are safe, non-hazardous, so they can be taken on public transport and are suitable for flying. You should, of course, check with the airline at the point of booking your flight.

No maintenance required.
Charge your batteries fully before first use; they will come to you almost fully charged, but the first one is important, so charge at least to fully charged; if in doubt, overnight.
Charge after each use; it is far better than letting them sit discharged for any period. This action will greatly help to extend battery life.
If you are not using them for long periods, charge every two months to slow the natural self-discharge that occurs over this time scale.

We may also be able to offer a few options for this battery size, either GEL or extended 41-amp-hour cells, which will provide longer runtime between charges. This will mean more miles and is available as an easy upgrade option.
