The Pride Quantum Q6 Edge HD and Z is a very advanced power chair with plenty of features making it stand out from the rest. It is designed for people who have a lot of difficulty moving around, it is built for solidity and support. Features such as the six-wheel driving system, ATX suspension, R Net LCD display, and the TRU balance power tilt really make the user supported and comfortable at all times.

Installing your battery shouldn't take too long, you may require a screwdriver. There should be a battery box underneath the seat that you remove from the power chair. Open this box up and you will see two separate batteries, It is a good idea at this point to take a picture so you can refer to it when making sure the new batteries are installed correctly. Unplug the old batteries and slide the new batteries into the battery box exactly the same way you removed the old ones, Plug them in and close the battery box. Slide it back into the power chair and that's it, your new batteries are installed and ready to go.
Your batteries will arrive almost fully charged but ideally you should charge them fully before first use, overnight is fine. To keep the batteries in peak condition you should charge them after every use but for no longer than twenty-four hours as this can damage the battery.
A battery information sheet will arrive with the battery (also on our website so you can read before), it is important to read this and take good care of your battery. These batteries are, as with most other batteries recyclable, please help us and the environment by recycling at your local recycling centre.
