The batteries that you obtain from us will be almost fully charged, but you still need to charge them fully before first use. Charge them until the charger LED lights indicate they are ready. It probably won't take long. This first step is important, so do not ignore it. Do not use without this initial charge; doing so can shorten the expected lifespan.
