These electric pallet trucks use four batteries to create 48v to power the powerful motors.

Four batteries are in this set as required to be fitted to the above pallet trucks.
The battery type is valve-regulated sealed lead, VRLA, AGM. They will not spill as sealed, no requirement for maintenance, except of course charging.

The very best way to keep the batteries in good order is to keep them charged. Charge when they arrive and first use, do so after every use and if not using for long periods then again every four weeks. Do not leave on the charger for any longer than required to obtain a full charge. While in a commercial setting, the batteries might not get the attention they deserve, as long as you are aware of how you should look after them, it will at least assist in maintaining a long life.
It may take upto ten charges and use in the pallet truck before the cells will be able to take a full capacity charge, this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargebale batteries go through.
