Replacement Worx WA3227 battery pack, rechargeable set of two lawn Mower batteries to make 24V. They are sealed lead, non-spillable, and require no maintenance, at low prices.
The Worx WA3227 is a battery box with a handle that fits into the lawnmower, something like the WG774E and others. At the time of writing, you will not be able to buy the box in Europe, or at least we haven't seen it, but you can replace the batteries, and that is what this offer is for. If you turn your box upside down, you will see the screws that hold the lid on; I think it's 6 screws, if memory serves me right. You can then lift the lid off and see the two 12-volt batteries that combine to make 24 volts. You will find that most of them are connected with flat spade terminals, so then it's just a matter of swapping over. A few of them are soldered; this need not be a problem, if you do not have a soldering iron then just snip close o the cable and put your own terminals on so it's easier to replace next time. They are available from any car spares shop for pennies; if you are concerned, pay them a couple of pounds and I am sure they will do it for you. If this sounds like an issue, compare it to any other cordless mower on the high street now; they all have lithium batteries you cannot replace, so it's worth the trouble.
Although the batteries will come out to you almost fully charged you should still fully charge them before first use, in general use charge after each use, do not leave them in a semi discharged state any longer than you have to, also if you are not using it on a regular basis, like the winter season then recharge every four to six weeks to keep the cells fresh but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time.
