Even though the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged you should still complete a full charge before first use, the charge time will depend on your charger, just leave it on until it indicates its finished, you may well be impatient enough just to fit and use the equipment without charging but it's well worth waiting until its fully charged and will help extend overall life expectancy
Most users will not even notice but it will take a number of charges and associated use in your equipment before they are capable of accepting a full capacity charge, this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process, as soon as you after each use put them back on charge, do not allow them to sit in a discharged state, never go out of your way to deliberately discharge, this will only reduce overall life span, if for any unforeseen reason they is an extended period where you are not using the batteries make sure they are fully charged first, then recharge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
