The Zipper ZI-EWB200s is a powered wheelbarrow that can run for up to eight hours on a single charge, longer if you upgrade the batteries. It works on a 24v system and is powered by two 12v batteries, which are connected within the box to output 24v.
Fitting the new batteries in the Zipper ZI-EWB200s box is quite easy and should not take long, just remove the box from the wheelbarrow, undo the four philips screws to lift the lid and you will see the batteries, just replace them one at a time.
Looking after your new ZI-EWB200s batteries is important. Charge them fully when they arrive and are first used. Charge them after every use, its when they are left in a discharged state that any damage is done. If they are not being used for long periods, recharge them every five weeks to keep the cells in good order.
Environmentally Friendly:
As this battery is mainly made of Lead (Pb), which is recyclable, please do your utmost to ensure it is recycled when the time comes. Depending on use and care, it should last between 2 and 5 years, so one trip to the local recycling centre shouldn’t be an issue. If you are unsure where this is, your local council will be able to advise you.
