The Pride Mobility Jazzy-1105 powerchair has a maximum speed of 4.5mph with solid wheels both front and rear surrounding the larger 14-inch drive ones.
Charge your new batteries when they arrive and first use, charge after even single use, it's when they are left in a discharged state that the issues will occur and the slow degrade of the battery will start, so keep them charged. Do not attempt to run them down fully, that will certainly reduce the life expectancy, if they are not being used for long periods then a recharge every four weeks will also be required.
