Please make sure you charge your new battery when you receive it and before first use in your tool, this charge is important, you will find it will not be able to tale a 100% full capacity charge for probably the first six to ten times of use, this is quite normal, if you are not using your cordless tool for extend periods then make sure you charge it before you put it away and then every six or so weeks to keep the cells fresh.
