Below you will find details of a set of new mobility batteries you will require for the R J Jewel, this vehicle uses deep cycle batteries to store energy required for use, the cells are 34-amp hour batteries, it uses 2 x 12-volt batteries, they are replacements for them these are of course as would be required, rechargeable, they are non spillable, safe and not-hazardous so can be safely used indoors, the cell composite is of AGM and VRLA which are capable of deep cycling which would also be required as they are often used extensively every day

Upon receipt of your mew battery order you will note that they have a good charge, but you will still need to charge them before using for the first time, there should be no need for many hours, just until your charger indicates they are ready, this will of course depend on the charger capabilities, do not be impatient, wait until this first charge has completed before thinking about using the equipment, it will contribute to overall battery life
If you are a normal user then you will probably not even notice it but it can take up to ten charges and associated use in your device before its capable of accepting a full capacity charge, this is all part of the conditioning process and quite normal, after you have used your equipment you should get a charge back into it as soon as you are able, do not leave it sitting around in a partially discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary, never try to discharge the batteries, with this type of technology it will only mean a shorter life, there may be many reasons for the equipment not be used on a regular basis, if there are protracted periods where this is the case then ensure the batteries are charged before hand and then topped up every four weeks but do not leave on a charger for more than 24-hours at a time
These 12-volt batteries are very resilient and can be mounted on the side without any issues so suitable for use in electric vehicles, deep cycle capable which of course is essential in electric powered devices, no leaking, which means they can be used indoors at well as the road or pavement, they are the recommended VRLA type and benefit from AGM technology they are not-hazardous so safe for airlines but you should check with them when you book your flight
