This pack will contain a pack of two 12v rechargeable, sealed lead AGM batteries that once installed into the hoist will combine to give a 24v power. They are non-hazardous, no spill and able to be mounted on their side which is perfect for this kind of use.
Changing the batteries in the hoist is pretty straight forward; first of all you should take the battery pack off the hoist and rest on a table, undo the handful of screws and lift the lid off. Inside you will see two batteries, just take the cables off them and swap the batteries out for the new ones and put the cables pack on. Now just put the lid back on and you should be done.
Once installed you should fully charge the batteries before use and after every use, never leave in a discharged state and every month when not in use.
