The BA-430S, BA-430SD, BA-510S and BA-510SD is a commercial scrubber dryer for smooth solid floors, it can can be fitted with either two 12v Wet or GEL batteries, normally the standard is for wet ones, with the option for GEL for heavy users, the details on this page will be for the standard Wet, and we will have a option to upgrade to the much more heavy duty GELS above. Clearly if you are a very heavy user you will get a longer overall use from the GEL version of the battery even though they have a slightly less amperage capacity because of the chemistry and the way it deals with being discharged further, but of course they will be more expensive
As with all rechargeable batteries they should be kept charged, charge when they arrive and first use and recharge after use, do not go out of your way to discharge them as this will only reduce there life span, if they are not being used for any long period then recharge them every six weeks to keep the cells fresh for future use
The batteries on this page are to replace the standard ones, that is they are wet or sealed for life versions that do not need maintenance, there are two of them and they combine to produce 24v
