The Mountfield T40 is a 51cm contra-rotating cut petrol driven 452cc ride-on lawnmower and considered suitable for lawns up-to 2.5-acres with hydrostatic transmission for forward and reverse gear, the T35M uses a 13.5HP engine and a 36-inch Twin cutting blade.
The battery will be delivered pretty much fully charge, but you should still ensure you charge it, the main problem with ride-on lawnmower batteries is that they are only used part of the year, this is fine as long as you cater for its needs the rest of the time, you should recharge it every six weeks during the seasons it’s not being actively used to ensure its still capable of doing the job the following spring.
