When place your order you will note that the batteries will be almost fully charged when received, but it is still important to fully charge them before first use, there should be no need for many hours charge, it will probably not take very long at all, just until your charger indicates they are ready, this will of course depend on the charger capabilities, do not just fit them and roll without this initial charge, it will help to extend the battery life overall
