Charge your new battery when it arrives and first use. If it’s not being used on a regular basis then also recharge every six to eight weeks to keep the cells fresh. Do not leave it in a discharged state. It would also benifit from being run all the way down before recharge every few months.
We have a very limited supply of these batteries, so when they are gone that might be the last chance. The tool they are made for is superb, you certainly will not be able to easily replace that kind of quality with anything available on the high street in this day and age.

The Ah (Amp Hour) Rating is the storage (or fuel) of the battery, the higher it is the longer the battery lasts between charges. bit like petrol in your car so a higher or lower one makes no different to the performance, just the length of time you can use the tool for.
