The new batteries that you receive from us will be almost fully charged but the system will still need to complete a service charge upon installation, this of course means that until its finished you will not have a full backup runtime, if you can it would be best to allow the initial charge without any load to start, we know this may not be convenient in a lot of installations but that is best advise it's up to you whether you heed it
