Replacement SBC S612 and SPS SG0613T1 battery pack, small 6-volt sealed lead acid VRLA AGM batteries often used in alarm systems
This is a compatible sealed lead acid battery pack which is often seen in residential and commercial alarm systems, used as a battery back up to maintain the power should the mains supply be removed or a power cut, but they are just as likely to be seen in other equipment such as portable medical and monitoring devices
If you are using the battery in a alarm system or other similar item that has its own built in charging circuit then you can just fit the new battery and it will be charged by the equipment, it will also do a very good job of it lasting many years often into double figures but of course you should test them after a couple of years, it is not unusual for many years later that the first time you know the batteries on its way out is that power cut at 2am and the alarm goes off because of no back up battery energy left, and stays on until the power comes back on.
If its going into something that you have to charge manually then do so before first and after every use, if not being used recharge every 8-weeks to keep the cells fresh
