Upon receipt of your order from us the batteries will be almost fully charged but even so you will still need to complete a charge before first use, the only time you do not need to do this is if it's going into something with its own always connected power supply and charging circuit, for example a alarm system, as this will do the job of charging for you, just charge them until your charger LED lights indicate that they are ready, it will probably not take very long, do not just fit them without this initial charge, it will not take long anyway, it will not take long as it is almost fully charged anyway and it may help to extend the battery life overall
