Sunrise Medicals Quickie Samba and 2 and the Lite versions are a powered mobility chair that can easily be dismantled for easy transportation along with adjustable features including centre of gravity to improve stability and performance along with comfort. The standard fit for batteries on all these models, that is the Samba, the Lite, original and 2 versions all take 40ah batteries, this offer is for 50Ah batteries to directly replace them for a longer runtime or more miles per charge.

The batteries are sealed lead acid valve regulated or VRLA with AGM technology, they will not leak and can be safely be laid on their side making them ideal for transport as well as being safe for flying although you should check with your airline at point of booking you flight.

The batteries will come out to you almost fully charged, but you should still charge them before using, also charge after every use, do not leave them sitting in a partially discharged state any longer than necessary, also if not using them for long periods then charge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 20 hours, following these simple rules will go a long way in maintaining a longer life of the cells
