Fitting the batteries is very easy, refer to your manual for full details, disconnect from power and remove lead from mains after shutting down any equipment that it is protecting, pull down and forward the front cover, careful of your nails, sometimes its easier to use a flat edge if its never been removed before, there maybe a couple of screws holding on the battery door if so remove these and pull down the battery door, then you can slide out the batteries in there, swap over the leads to the new ones and put back together. If you can and have the time its best to run up without any load to start, this helps the unit properly reset to the new batteries.
