The new batteries that we dispatch out to you will be almost fully charged but the system will still need to fulfil and complete a service charge after installing, you should take note that while this is happening the system will not be able to offer the full backup runtime period until its finished, while you might just want to install and go, if you can it may be better to start without load until its completed its first charge, this will give the system chance to reset to the new batteries properly
