This UPS system is a 3000VA with 2700Watt tower uninterruptible power supply with automatic bypass and full system self test capability which can be monitored via the liquid crystal display on the front panel. it is quite heavy at just under 35k with a casing size of 325mm x 214mm x 410mm in the Tower configuration. it has the facility to be connected to one or more extended battery modules to increase capability.

The UPS takes eight 12v 9ah batteries and that is what we are offering here. they are the recommended VRLA and AGM, will not spill and need no maintenance, expected life span are between 2-5 years in normal conditions. this can vary in different circumstances, life can be shorten normally by two factors, either insufficient ventilation in the communications room and around the casing plus working to hard because of increased demand. there is in this is the case perhaps you chould also have a EBM (or maybe another UPS) to equalise the load to acceptable levels for your equipment attached.
Although the batteries we supply you will have almost a full capacity charge the system will still need to finish of the charge and reset to the new batteries. while its not always going to be convenient to do this in ideal conditions it would be better to allow this to happen with out any load and until the system has had the opportunity to reset itself properly.
