The Snorkel SL-19 is a electric platform scissor lift for working at heights and can be used indoors as well as outside, it is powered by a set of four lead acid deep cycle batteries and that is what this offer is for

These batteries are wet or flooded cell, they come out to you almost fully charged but you do need to keep them maintained if you want the best from them, this means regular checks on the fluid and top up when required, they need to be vented as gas will naturally be produced during use and recharging, they are a extremely cost effective way of storing required energy and capable of deep cycling but failure to maintain them will shorten the life of them, they are of course rechargeable and recyclable
The best charging regime is to do so after every use, and if not using the Lift for a long period then also every four weeks, this will keep the cells fresh but do regular checks on the fluid over the cells, if they are overcharging the fluid could disperse and eradicate all you hard work in keeping them maintained
