Unfortunately, although I ordered the correct battery, a different one was sent and therefore had to be returned. I have just received the correct one for my trimmer. I charged it for some 4 hours and have just spent 3 hours cutting my very long high hedge without any problems. Will use the company again.

Like Sidney, an earlier reviewer , the replacement battery made the Bosch cutter worthwhile again after struggling with one dead battery and one that quietly gave up after about 15- 20 minutes. Instructions on site and and sent with the battery clear and useful, especially after trimming is a seasonal job.

No problem, it works well on my hedge trimmer with very good usage time on tough work between charges; it charges easily, and can be left charging without worrying about overcharge.

Excellent battery. This is the second one I have purchased. Lasts much longer than the batteries supplied as standard. Well worth paying extra for the more powerful version.

This new battery has completely restored my confidence in the efficiency of the Bosch hedge trimmer. The two original batteries no longer held their charge, and even when charged as long as I dared (4 hrs.) the cutting performance was so feeble that I would soon give up (and the trimmer remained as heavy (for an elderly user) as if it had been working hard!). I'm not sure whether the new battery is superior in design, but it performs for as long as I can continue to use it, and with a cutting efficiency that I had ceased to expect. It is as good as having a new trimmer.

Speedy delivery to France. Seems fine after a few uses. Glad I went for the 3ah upgrade; charge lasts much longer than the old original Bosch batteries did. How long will it last?? Only time will tell!! A useful leaflet on battery care is supplied.

Excellent. The hedge trimmer now works as well as or better than it did when the original batteries were new.

Good value battery life is definitely twice the old ones and is a very quick recharge.

I charged the battery for four hours before taking 6 to 9 inches off a 15 metre laurel hedge without any noticeable drop in performance. My only criticism would be the time it took to arrive ( ordered on Tuesday but didn't arrive until Saturday. This was probably down to Royal Mail.) Thank you Battery Trader

This battery is excellent used it at the weekend to cut the hedge, quite a long one (pirocantha) so quite tough took quite a while, still plenty of power left in battery when finished. More staying power in this new battery than in the 2 original ones combined. Also useful info. about keeping it charged up during the winter.

Very good price for this battery and is a higher capacity than my old 1.2 amp battery, it seems to last much longer, in fact haven't needed to charge it because its run out just kept the charge topped up. Delivery was about 6 days but that was OK as there was plenty of information about the delay, I give them 9.5 out of 10 overall

Excellent communication about dispatch of order and care of battery. Really pleased with quality too; hedge trimmer has been restored.

There was a longer wait to get the battery than was advertised on the web site. So unless there was some special reason for this you should amend your web site . The battery fits well and the trimmer is working well. So all good once the battery arrived.

Wrong one sent initially but problem resolved by phone and correct one received shortly after.

The service was excellent it arrived within 2 days. I have used it and it cut my 10metre x 2metre high hedge and still had power left in it.

Very happy with service and product. But, being pedantic, I would have appreciated being told there was a problem with delivery as soon as it appeared, rather than a week later after it had been resolved. I was left wondering. Bill Smith

As I've only just started using this battery I'm not really able to judge it.

Arrived on time, charged, works fine.

Fitted my hedge trimmer OK and everything works well. It did take a week to arrive from my order day but I was in no hurry so it didn’t matter as far as I was concerned.

Battery works well so far Ordered over telephone, no confirmation by email, had to check it had been sent. Arrived after 5 days.
