Very good service. I would have preferred to have received advice from a human voice over the telephone but cannot fault the response from raising a query via the Battery Trader website. Friendly and helpful advice. I ordered the wrong item in the first place but the help and support I received to solve the problem was excellent. Understood battery was in stock, it turned out not to be and had to be ordered. That took about two weeks. Found your e mails informing me of this a little unfriendly as were all the e mails during the order process time. Before and after they were good.
