Remember to fully charge the battery before first use. it will typically take several charges before the battery will accept a full-capacity charge. that is a recharge and associated use in the tool. so use it as much as you can for the first couple of weeks. charge after use and before putting it away, if not being used for longer periods then recharge every eight to ten weeks, possibly sooner if stored in a cold damp garden shed but do not leave it on the charger for more than twenty-four hours, just until charged.
