These are recommended AGM type batteries, they can be used in either tower or rack mount orientations without issue.
Would suggest the system is run up without load to start, maybe over night to give the new batteries a chance to settle in properly, this will pay dividends later in the life span.
After fitting your new battery pack we would suggest running the system up without any load until the batteries are registered as fully charged in the system, if you can it would be better for longer as well as it will help reset the system and possibly help prolong the life to set to the new energy capacity.
