The Quingo Vitess is a little bit different in its front wheel set-up, using a single larger wheel with a couple of out-rigged ones for manoeuvrability and stability, and comes with many features, as standard it is equipped with a pair of 12v 50ah batteries, and that is what this offer is for. We have included their physical size further down the page so you can check before ordering.
The batteries are valve-regulated sealed lead acid with absorbed glass mat construction. They will not spill, are suitable for portable use, and are not hazardous for public transport and the like.

No maintenance is required throughout the life of these batteries; however, they need to be charged.
Charge fully before using them for the first time, they will come out to you almost fully charged, but the first one is important. If in doubt, charge overnight. Charge as soon as you can after each use. It will never do this kind of technology any good sitting in a partially discharged state; if you are not using them for extended periods, then charge every eight weeks to overcome the self-discharge effect. Please do not leave it on a charger for more than twenty-four hours.

Recyclable - these batteries have very high lead content. They are ideal for recycling down into another product. Hence, please ensure they are directed to a recycling centre when the time is right, making it a very environmentally friendly product.
