There are two batteries in this set.
The Freerider-Mayfair can come from the suppliers in three different battery configurations. The most popular is 12v 35ah which we are listing a replacement pack for. It could also come as a 26ah or a 50ah. You should check if you are unsure what batteries you already have installed. It is pretty easy on this model. Remove the rear seat by unlocking the black locking lever, lifting the middle upwards, slightly twisting, and exposing the battery cover—usually held on by Velcro straps. These batteries are sealed and approved for air travel. You should, however, contact your particular airline for any restrictions they may have.

The best way to take care of your new batteries is to keep them charged. If you regularly run them down to less than 50% of their charge, the overall battery life will be shortened. The best practice is to charge after every use and, if not used for long periods, recharge every four weeks.
