After you have unpacked your new battery order from us you will note that they will have a good charge in them, regardless of this you still need to complete a full charge before first use, the time of the first charge will be dependent on the charger, just leave it on until its finished, it will probably not take very long, you may well be impatient enough just to fit and use the equipment without charging but it's well worth waiting until its fully charged and will help extend overall life expectancy
You may not notice it but it will probably take a few charges and use in your equipment before you are able to receive a full capacity charge in your batteries, this is quite a normal part of the conditioning process, ensure that after every use that you put the batteries back on charge, letting them sit in a partially discharged state is not wise, discharging the batteries fully will only reduce their life expectancy, it will do them no good and will cost you money in the long run, if it turns out there are periods where the equipment is not being used on a regular basis then ensure the batteries are fully charged before any period of downtime and then topped up every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
