Even though the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged you should still need to complete a full charge before first use, the time of the first charge will be dependent on the charger, just leave it on until its finished, it will probably not take very long, while you may well be sorely tempted just to fit them and go without charging it's well worth waiting that short period to set them up in the right way before you start
it may well take a number of full charges and alternating use in your equipment for the battery to condition and be able to take a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, as soon as you after each use put them back on charge, do not allow them to sit in a discharged state, discharging the batteries fully will only reduce their life expectancy, it will do them no good and will cost you money in the long run, if it turns out there are periods where the equipment is not being used on a regular basis then ensure the batteries are fully charged before any period of downtime and then topped up every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
