The BMW K1100RS is a four-stroke inline cylinder with a double overhead cam and four valves per cylinder with a capacity of 1092cc, its liquid-cooled with five-speed transmission and shaft drive.
This comfortable cruiser has many electrics which makes having a well-looked-after battery important. if you use the bike all year round come sun or shine, rain and sleet then you are probably already looking after the battery in the best possible way. if however, it is seasonal use that you enjoy you have to take note the battery is going to slowly drain, faster drain will occur if left on the bike, if you can our best advice would be to remove the battery from the bike, charger and again every six weeks, if left on the bike then a lot more but never for more than 24-hours.
